And although we here at LifeStyling feel that sales for the most part should be avoided. We thought it was our DUTY to help you shop a sale well, and so here are some rules to shop by...
1. Don't buy anything on sale that you wouldn't consider at full price.
2. Learn the markdown schedule at your favorite stores.
3. Shop sales on Friday nights, when stores tend to be emptier.
4. Use end of season sales to stockup on classics.
5. Befriend a sales person; he or she might put sale items aside for you - or even give you a markdown before the sale officially begins.
